Lifestyle Change Group Discussion

 Learn why adopting a whole food plant-based phytonutrient-rich diet is ideal for excellent health, weight management, and the prevention and remission of many chronic diseases.

12-week Therapeutic Lifestyle Change Program

 

Join us for this 12-week small group comprehensive program that includes both a personalized physical workout in our gym and education for improving your lifestyle, including better nutrition, cooking demos and tastings, and improving your mindset.​

​

The group meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 12-weeks (24 sessions) from 3:30pm-5:00pm.  It's a rolling admission so you are able to start when you can and when there is an opening.

OsteoFIT

Welcome to our bone health program! If you're looking to improve your bone health using lifestyle methods, you've come to the right place. OsteoFIT is designed for individuals with a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis. This program delivers nutritional education and an expert led exercise routine that includes yoga, balance, and strength training, suitable for all levels of fitness. to help optimize your bone health.
